Associated with the institution since 2015, he brings with him a rich blend of academic and professional expertise, with 11 years of teaching experience and 10 years of active practice in advocacy, amounting to over 21 years of comprehensive engagement with the legal field. His dual exposure to courtroom practice and classroom instruction enables him to integrate practical insights with doctrinal clarity, thereby enriching the learning experience of his students. Over the years, he has contributed significantly to legal scholarship through numerous research publications in reputed journals, including UGC CARE-listed journals. He’s working as Founder & CEO & Editor-in-chief & Publisher at Fastforward Justice, and also at a law journal (ISSN: 2581-6713). He has pursued his five-year integrated law graduation (B.A.LL.B)(hon’s) from Himcapes’ Institute of Professional Education (Badhera), Una (H.P), (affiliated to Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla). He is also serving as the president of the Shaheed Sanjeev Bhardwaj Youth Club, Dulehar (HPCD-362). He’s a Former Co-Founder & Assistant Managing Editor at The Journal for Indian Researchers (ISSN: 2581-3595). He’s a Former Co-Founder & COO & Partner at OnDemandLaws. He is a member of the Punjab & Haryana High Court Bar Association and is recognised for his disciplined approach, analytical clarity, and strong understanding of procedural and substantive law. Assistant Professor (SG), School of Law, UPES DehradunDr. Pranay Prakash is an Assistant Professor (SG) in the School of Law, at the University of UPES Dehradun. He received his Ph.D.Degree in Cyber Lawin the year 2022 and post Graduate Degree in the year 2015 from National Law University, Jodhpur and Graduation from University of Calcutta. Then he worked as an Assistant Professor for various reputed Universities. Before joining UPES, Dr. Pranay was teaching in Karnavati University, held a Position of Assistant Professor and handling teaching and Research there. He also worked for Galgotias University, Greater Noida as an Assistant Professor. He is having10Years ofTeaching Experience in the field of Law and Social Science. His Area of ExpertiseincludesCyber Law, International Trade Law, and Criminal law. He is the author of 2Textbook and 11 International and National Publication including Scopus Indexed, ABDC and UGC Care Journals. He has also completed 2 seed fund projects with Empirical data. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the R. N. Patel Ipcowala School of Law and Justice, CVM University,Gujarat, India. She holds a Master’s degree in Law and has demonstrated sustained engagement in legal research and scholarly activities. She has presented five research papers at national and international seminars and conferences, contributing to academic discourse across diverse legal domains. Further, she has published a book chapter in Summit 17 in collaboration with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), reflecting her commitment to research aligned with sustainable development and human rights perspectives. Her research and teaching interests include Human Rights Law, Environmental Law, Family Law (Hindu Law), Intellectual Property Law, Labour Law, and Administrative Law. Ms. Khadija Fatma
Khadija Fatma is a dedicated and passionate legal professional with a Postgraduate degree in Commercial Law and a strong academic background. She is currently pursuing research at the Faculty of Law, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, where she continues to deepen her expertise in legal research and education. She qualified the UGC-NET (Assistant Professor) in her first attempt and is a recipient of the Maulana Azad National Fellowship, reflecting her academic excellence and commitment to the legal field. She possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, enabling her to deliver effective academic and professional outcomes. Khadija has actively participated in conferences and faculty development programmes, including an ICSSR-sponsored Ten-Day Research Methodology Course at AMU and a workshop on Research Methodology with hands-on training in SPSS and AMOS at Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla.
