Dr. Pranay Prakash is an Assistant Professor (SG) in the School of Law, at the University of UPES Dehradun. He received his Ph.D.Degree in Cyber Lawin the year 2022 and post Graduate Degree in the year 2015 from National Law University, Jodhpur and Graduation from University of Calcutta. Then he worked as an Assistant Professor for various reputed Universities. Before joining UPES, Dr. Pranay was teaching in Karnavati University, held a Position of Assistant Professor and handling teaching and Research there. He also worked for Galgotias University, Greater Noida as an Assistant Professor. He is having10Years ofTeaching Experience in the field of Law and Social Science. His Area of ExpertiseincludesCyber Law, International Trade Law, and Criminal law. (First Division) from KNIPSS, Sultanpur affiliated with Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Avadh University, Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh and B.Sc. (Second Division) (Physics, Mathematics) from KNIPSS, Sultanpur affiliated with Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Avadh University, Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh. Further, he completed his All India Bar Examination (AIBE) in year 2011. He is also a Distinguished Member of International Council of Jurists from 2017.
