Payment Timeline & Integrity
To maintain the highest ethical standards in legal publishing:
No Submission Fees: There is no charge to submit a paper for review.
Post-Acceptance Billing: Invoices are only issued after the editorial board has formally accepted the article based on its academic merit.
Independence: The payment of fees has no influence on the editorial decision-making process.
Waivers and Financial Assistance
We believe that financial constraints should never be a barrier to publishing high-quality legal research.
Automatic Waivers: Available for authors based in countries categorized by the World Bank as Low-Income Economies.
Discretionary Waivers: Authors may apply for a partial or full waiver during the submission process. Please contact the Managing Editor at [Email Address] with a formal request and supporting documentation.
