WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Paper Withdrawal Policy

Manuscript withdrawal is permitted only before the completion of peer review and plagiarism check.

Once a manuscript has:

  • successfully completed peer review,

  • undergone plagiarism checking, and

  • received the final confirmation/acceptance email from the Editorial Board,

withdrawal is strictly not allowed under any circumstances.

All withdrawal requests must be made in writing by the corresponding author, stating valid reasons, and will be effective only after written approval from the journal.

Withdrawal Fee

A non-refundable withdrawal fee of ₹150 is applicable for all approved withdrawal requests, irrespective of the stage at which the request is made.

Any unauthorized withdrawal or simultaneous submission to another journal may result in rejection and restrictions on future submissions.

Fastforward Justice Law Journal reserves the right to take the final decision on all withdrawal matters.
