FastForward Justice’s Law Journal, in association with members of various Schools of Law across India, proudly presents Volume VI, Issue II. The Journal is committed to advancing scholarly discourse on contemporary national, international, and interdisciplinary legal issues, fostering critical legal research and intellectual debate.
The Journal invites precise and well-researched articles, short notes, and research papers from legal scholars, law students, academicians, judges, practitioners, and professionals from allied disciplines such as mass communication, journalism, public administration, and political science. Through this platform, FastForward Justice seeks to encourage critical analysis of emerging legal challenges, contemporary debates, and evolving global trends that significantly influence the development of law and legal systems.
With a strong focus on academic rigor, originality, and meaningful legal scholarship, the Journal aims to contribute to the growth of legal knowledge while promoting dialogue between academia, the judiciary, and the legal profession.
FastForward Justice has recently been honored with the “Award for Excellence in Research” at the World Achievers Awards 2026, recognizing its commitment to promoting high-quality legal research and academic contribution. The award ceremony was held on Saturday, 21 February 2026, at Hotel Hyatt Centric, Janakpuri, New Delhi, and was graced by Chetan Sharma as the Celebrity Guest, along with former cabinet ministers, former Supreme Court judges, ambassadors, and other distinguished dignitaries.
Through its journal and academic initiatives, FastForward Justice continues to serve as a dynamic platform for legal scholarship, research excellence, and meaningful engagement with the evolving landscape of law.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
THEME
The Present Vol. VI Issue II, of FastForward Justice’s Law Journal does not restrict itself to any specific area of law. Hence, the Journal welcomes articles, short-articles, and research papers, case comments from all legal branches or related branches, as long as the work is relevant, plagiarism free and up to date. Contributors may send their articles on any topic relating to Law.
ABSTRACT
A short abstract of 250-300 words that outlines the main questions or themes addressed in the paper is required to be sent along with the article.
WORD LIMIT:
Short-Articles: (1500-2000 words, inclusive of footnotes);
Articles: (2500-3000 words, inclusive of footnotes);
Research Papers: (5000-8500 words, inclusive of footnotes);
Case Comment: (1500-3000 words, inclusive of footnotes);
AUTHORSHIP
Maximum of two co-authors are permitted. Submissions more than two co-authors shall be disqualified.
FORMAT OF THE MAIN TEXT & THE FOOTNOTES:
- The paper must be in a single column layout with margins justified on both sides.
- The Main headings should be in font size of 14 and the subheadings should be in font size 12, bold and Times New Roman, and justified.
- The main text should be in font size 12, Normal, Times New Roman, 1.5 spacing and Justified.
- All references must be in the form of footnotes with font size 10 and 1.5 spacing and should be according to the Bluebook 19th Edition.
- Plagiarism should not be more than 30 %.
- All articles must be in doc. Or docx format.
- The page layout must be A4.
Note: any submission in pdf form shall not be accepted.
PUBLICATION CHARGES
Publication fee is nil. But, however, selected research papers/articles have to pay the Article processing charges.
ARTICLE PROCESSING CHARGES
Fastforward Justice’s Law Journal is committed to the wide dissemination of legal scholarship. To provide free, immediate, and permanent access to research worldwide, we operate an Open Access model. Instead of charging readers or institutions for subscriptions, we require an Article Processing Charge (APC) from authors or their funding institutions upon the acceptance of a manuscript.
The selected research papers/articles have to pay the processing charges as mentioned below:
Fee Schedule:
Single Author:- Rs. 750/-
One Co-author:-Rs. 1000/-
Two Co-authors:- Rs. 1500/-
What These Fees Cover
The Fastforward Justice’s Law Journal does not profit from author submissions. All fees are reinvested into the journal’s infrastructure, including:
- Rigorous Peer Review:Managing the blind review process with subject matter experts.
Payment Timeline & Integrity
to maintain the highest ethical standards in legal publishing:
- No Submission Fees:there is any charge to submit a paper for review.
- Post-Acceptance Billing:Invoices are only issued after the editorial board has formally accepted the article based on its academic merit.
- Independence:The payment of fees has no influence on the editorial decision-making process.
Paper Withdrawal Policy
Manuscript withdrawal is permitted only before the completion of peer review and plagiarism check.
Once a manuscript has:
- successfully completed peer review,
- undergone plagiarism checking, and
- received the final confirmation/acceptance emailfrom the Editorial Board,
withdrawal is strictly not allowed under any circumstances. All withdrawal requests must be made in writing by the corresponding author, stating valid reasons, and will be effective only after written approval from the journal.
Withdrawal Fee
A non-refundable withdrawal fee of ₹350 is applicable for all approved withdrawal requests, irrespective of the stage at which the request is made. Any unauthorized withdrawal or simultaneous submission to another journal may result in rejection and restrictions on future submissions. Fastforward Justice Law Journal reserves the right to take the final decision on all withdrawal matters.

Official Notification release date: 8th March 2026
Last date for submission of Articles: 25th April, 2026.
Confirmation of selected papers – on or before 30th April 2026
Publication of Selected papers- in the Month of March and April
Note: In case you don’t receive any confirmation email for the publication of paper within the given deadlines then it means that your paper has been rejected.
NOTE:
The articles/short-articles/research-papers published elsewhere or selected/submitted for publication elsewhere shall be disqualified. And in that case you will be blacklisted from FastForward Justice.
The name of the author(s) should not be mentioned anywhere in the article/short-article/research-paper.
FastForward Justice’s Law Journal owns the right to discard entries which do not obey to the Guidelines for Submission.
FastForward Justice’s Law Journal reserves the absolute rights to cancel, defer, or postpone indefinitely, the Vol. VI, Issue II in the event of the accruing of any event, natural or manmade.
